Do you ship outside of the UK?
Via this website, no, but I do on my Etsy store. I currently offer shipping to Canada, Australia, Japan and New Zealand.
Are your earrings Hypoallergenic?
Yes.
To my knowledge, all my earrings use Cadmium, Nickel, and lead-free metal hooks (known to cause allergies). Although there may be a slight chance that they contain small traces.
Some of my earrings also use eco-friendly recycled plastic hooks, which are 100% hypoallergenic. However, it is recommended that they are not worn for extended amounts of time or worn in newly pierced ears, and are cleaned (with water and mild soap only) every time before wearing.
Do you offer Refunds, Returns and Exchanges?
Yes, I offer all three except for custom designs or earrings.
I can not offer Returns or Exchanges for Earrings due to hygiene reasons, but I will gladly offer refunds.
I can not offer returns or exchanges for custom-made items, but I can offer refunds, or if possible, I can fix any issues with the item.
Why are phone numbers collected at checkout?
Phone numbers are collected so that you may be contacted when your item has been dispatched. After an order has been sent to you, your number will no longer be kept.
(Also, I think it is required by Sum Up because I couldn't get rid of it and only use email. However, I will be sending order confirmation and dispatch info via email mostly anyway, so I won't keep a hold of your number.)
